Main Masak-Masak – Sup Sayur, Chenta’s way!

you need :
  • 200 g medium sized shrimps
  • 1 tablespoons olive
  • oil 2 shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Grounded black and white pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

The sayurs:

  • Broccoli
  • Carrot
  • Chinese cabbage
  • Tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Cauliflower
  • Mushrooms
  • A bunch of spring onions and parsleys

Direction:

  • Heat the oil. Fry the sliced shallots and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add in carrots and celery. Stir them for a couple of minutes.
  • Add in grounded black and white black pepper. Stir.
  • Add in water (depending on the size of your pot). Let it boil for a couple of minutes.
  • Add salt.
  • Add shrimps and all the greens. Do not over cooked, they should be soft yet crunchy and not mushy.

    Best serve hot with white rice, fried fish and sambal belacan.
    Chenta ate the soup with emm nothing… just the soup!

Brangan nak makan sihat2 camtu tapi tinggal angan2 je la. Rasa cam nak withdraw post aku yg latest. Contrast tahap gaban.

the good thing kerja memasak akak sungguh la mudah! on the other side...akak rasa cam hilang skill masak lemak/asam pedas/kari....
bayangkan bila iman dah start makan adult's food nanti. aduss...harus kongsi resepi ngan ezzah!
